- Electricity Supply: Via a 110kV/22KV power line connected to the national grid.
- Water Supply: Provided by Toc Tien Water Plant through D300-D500 pipelines.
- Wastewater Treatment: Two plants with capacities of 7,500 m3 and 5,500 m3 per day and night. Phase 1 operational in North area with a capacity of 4,000 m3 meeting Grade B environmental standards.
- Internal Roads: Main and branch roads with widths of 19.5m, 24m, and 35m, designed for efficient transportation.
- Industrial Gas Supply: Available for customers requiring gas.
