Electricity: Supplied from the 110 KV substation within the industrial park. Three 22/0.2 KV substations are installed to meet stable power supply needs.
Water: Sufficient water supply for both domestic use and large-scale production. Initially, groundwater from drilled wells is used, and later, water from the Srok Phu Mien hydroelectric reservoir is utilized.
Wastewater treatment: The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 4,000m3/24 hours, meeting the highest discharge standards (Grade A) specified by the Vietnamese Government.
