Description

Lien Chieu Industrial Zone is located in the Lien Chieu district, the heart of Da Nang city. It is one of the largest industrial zones with modern infrastructure, green spaces, and a safe environment. This industrial zone focuses on attracting heavy industries such as steel production, cement manufacturing, rubber processing, chemicals, large-scale construction materials, building material processing, and mechanical engineering projects. By mid-2021, Lien Chieu Industrial Zone had attracted nearly 30 investment projects from both domestic and foreign sources, with an impressive occupancy rate of up to 75%.

Lien Chieu Industrial Zone is situated within the Hòa Hiệp Bắc ward, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city. It borders the Hai Van Pass to the north, the Cuđê River to the south, National Highway 1A to the east, and the Phuoc Tuong Mountain to the west.

The industrial zone benefits from an excellent transport network that connects effortlessly to key locations via road, rail, sea, air, and inland waterways. Specifically, it is located:
